So in today’s basketball tutorial I break down a move that I call the Pound and Stab Pull Up. I also teach how you can use that same movement to not only get into your shot but to get your defender off balance so that you can blow by them with a crossover, through the legs, or a behind the back dribble.
Like I stated in the video I’ve also heard this called a “Down and Out” which is basically a spin off of the In N Out move. You’ll see players in the NBA like Damian Lillard use this move to get off their shot as well as a ton others.
