Our guest today is assistant manager of Seoul Eland Dan Harris. Before coaching at Seoul Eland, Harris was previously the Head of Sports Science at Celtic, West Bromwich Albion, and Birmingham City. He also supported the U-18, U-19, U-20 English national teams with their sports science.

In this episode Harris talks about  why he left Celtic and the game for 3 years, what he’s learned from boxing, rowing, American football and rugby, why he turned down opportunities in Qatar and China, the differences in football in Korea vs the UK,  how to balance fitness and freshness, how he trains his players for explosiveness, and the top resources coaches can use to expand their knowledge.

This is an episode chock full of detailed insights and great quotes. Harris has a unique mind and there is something in this episode for everyone. Without further ado enjoy my chat with Dan Harris.
