HOW TO JUMP HIGHER! Please Read Description

I really wanted to make this video to help people improve their verticals for track and field & for all other sports.

DO NOT GO AND PLAY BASKETBALL OR DUNK FOR 2 HOURS A DAY WHILE TRAINING YOU WILL NOT MAKE PROGRESS IF YOU ARE BURNING YOU LEGS OUT BY PLAYING 5on5 BASKETBALL EVERYDAY AND DUNKING EVERY DAY.

The Training is simple.

If you have access to weights.
– Do core 3 times a week
– Lift weights 2 to 3 times a week
– do plyometrics 1 to 2 times a week
– Eat your body weight in Protein and get lots of sleep

If you do not have access to weights
– Do core 3 times a week
– Do plyometrics 2 to 3 times a week
– Eat your body weight in protein and get lots of sleep
– Try to get a gym membership, having access to weights is very important if you are serious about improving your vertical
